a directed new issue of shares in eQuality Venture was carried through to Goran Sax and Lars Bohman, who also took places on the board.
Goran Sax-55 years of age, has previously been active in the convenience goods trade where he has owned a number of food stores. Goran is also a major owner in Axfood.
Lars Bohman-51 years of age, is a senior consultant and partner in A&O Consulting Group, where he also has the position of Managing Director. A&O is working in the fields of organisation development, development of leaders and management, working groups and recruiting.
